2. Eligibility for Store Credit Store credit may be issued to registered users of the NASUAK Garments Ltd website. To qualify for store credit, customers must make purchases or engage in other activities as outlined by NASUAK Garments Ltd, which may include:

• Buying garments, uniforms, suits, African wear, casual wear, etc.
• Purchasing related services (e.g., tailoring, embroidery, T-shirt printing).
• Enrolling in skilling courses (e.g., knitting, embroidery, tailoring).

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, unless specifically allowed under the conditions outlined in these Terms.

3. Accruing Store Credit NASUAK Garments Ltd may grant store credit to customers through various methods, including but not limited to:

• Discounts on products and services offered by NASUAK Garments Ltd.
• Refunds issued for returned or canceled products, subject to NASUAK’s return policy.
• Promotions, loyalty programs, or other initiatives as deemed appropriate by NASUAK Garments Ltd.

Store credit is issued in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless stated otherwise.

4. Using Store Credit Once credited to your account, the store credit will appear as a balance in your account, and you may apply it toward your future purchases of products, services, and skilling courses available on the website nasuak.com.

• Store credit can be used for partial payments(40% payment) of orders on NASUAK Garments Ltd’s online store.
• When placing an order, you may choose to apply your store credit balance to pay for some or all of the items in your cart.
• If the store credit balance exceeds the total cost of the order, the remaining credit will be available for use on future purchases.
• If the total cost of the order exceeds the available store credit, the customer must pay the balance through another available payment method.

5. Validity and Expiry of Store Credit Store credit is valid for a period of 12 months from the date it is issued, unless otherwise specified. After this period, any unused store credit will expire, and you will not be able to apply it toward future purchases.

• NASUAK Garments Ltd will notify you prior to the expiration date if your store credit is nearing expiry.
• Store credit cannot be extended or reissued once it has expired.
