RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product purchased through our e-commerce website (nasuak.com). Below is our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy outlining the procedures, conditions, and eligibility for returns and refunds for products and services purchased through our online store.
- Eligibility for Return or Refund
Products
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be purchased directly from NASUAK Garments Ltd’s official website (nasuak.com).
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- The product must be returned within 1-3 days, for local orders, 3-6 days for East African orders, 7-21days for international orders from the date of receipt of the product (after delivery) by the customer.




Non Eligible Products:
- Custom-made or personalized garments (e.g., embroidery, T-shirt printing, made to order uniforms or suits and others).
- Skilling courses (training services) once the course has been started.
- Any product that has been used or washed.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
Services
- Tailoring services, embroidery services, and other customized services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
- If there is a mistake made by NASUAK Garments Ltd during the provision of a service, we will resolve the issue by either correcting the service or issuing a refund as appropriate.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a return or refund. Please ensure the product is returned within 7 days after receiving the returned product.
- To qualify for a refund or replacement for defective or damaged items, we require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Contact our customer service team at support@nasuak.com within 1-2 days of receiving the product. Your advised to check the product(s) as soon as you receive it so that you comform that matching specification. NASUAK Garments Ltd will not respond to delayed responses (1-2 days responses). Provide your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.




- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the product is defective or damaged. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong size or product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Condition of the Product: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned product(s).
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue store credit or process the refund via an alternative method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.
- Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. If you wish to cancel your order:

- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure once the product arrives.
- Please note that custom orders and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Skilling Courses (Training Services)
- All fees paid for skilling courses (e.g., knitting, tailoring, graphic designing, embroidery, T-shirt printing) are non-refundable after the course has commenced.
- If you are unable to attend a course due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss deferral options (subject to availability).




- Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:
- Products that are returned after the return window has passed.
- Products that have been used, worn, or washed.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, unless they are defective or incorrect.
