- Bulk orders: 20-90 business days, with phased delivery available for large-scale production.
- Urgent orders: Subject to express production fees and availability, with a minimum lead time of 3 business days.
- Training & Skilling Services: Enrollments are processed within 3-5 business days, with class schedules communicated accordingly.
- Technical Considerations: Orders involving specialized techniques such as digital embroidery, sublimation printing, and complex stitching may require additional time for quality assurance and finishing processes.

- Local Delivery (within Kampala and nearby areas):
- Standard delivery: 1-3 business days
- Express delivery: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)
- Upcountry Delivery (Outside Kampala):
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express delivery: 2-3 business days (subject to logistics availability)
- International Shipping: Available upon request. Delivery timelines vary based on location and shipping partner.
