1. Tender Publication:
   • All available bids will be posted on the Opportunities section of our website at com.
   • Detailed tender documents, including the all required specifications, timelines, will be accessible from the respective tender listing.
2. Bid Submission:
   • Bidders should ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents.
   • Submissions should include a comprehensive proposal that highlights the bidder’s qualifications, relevant experience, and proposed approach to fulfilling the tender requirements.
   • The required documents may include:
     • Individual, Company profile and relevant licenses
     • Portfolio of past supplies, works or completed projects (especially for garment production, printing, embroidery)
     • Professional qualifications for any training courses
     • Estimated cost or financial proposal (if applicable)
     • Contact information and references
   • Bid Closing and Evaluation:
     • Each tender will have a clearly stated submission deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.
     • All received bids will be reviewed and evaluated based on the following criteria:
       • Quality and suitability of the proposal
       • Experience and technical capability
       • Cost effectiveness
       • Delivery timelines
       • Compliance with environmental and social responsibility standards (if applicable)

3. Awarding of Contract:
