NASUAK Garments Ltd. is a dynamic fast growing garment making company based, with an online garment store based Nansana- Wakiso,Uganda, specializing in the design, production, and sale of a wide variety of garments and apparel. Our offerings include suits, African wear, school uniforms, casual wear, kids’ wear, sweaters, protective and visibility wear, party wear, as well as custom tailoring services. We also provide specialized services in embroidery, embroidery digitizing, T-shirt printing, graphic design, and bespoke bag-making. In addition to manufacturing and services, we offer professional training in several areas, including tailoring, knitting, embroidery, graphic designing, T-shirt printing, and bag-making.
Our goal is to bring high-quality, locally produced garments and services to a broad range of customers while empowering individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in the garment and design industries.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, highly motivated and results-driven Sales Expert with natural marketing and customer care skills to join our team and help drive the growth of NASUAK Garments Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and be passionate about the fashion, garment manufacturing, and services industries. They will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our diverse product offerings and services.




Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation and Lead Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and regional markets.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales leads for all product categories, including garments, tailoring services, embroidery services, T-shirt printing, and training programs.
- Utilize social media, digital marketing, and networking to generate leads and build awareness of NASUAK Garments Ltd.’s services.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with individual, corporate, and institutional clients, including schools, organizations, and retailers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best suit their needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Product Promotion and Market Expansion:
- Create and implement effective strategies to promote NASUAK Garments Ltd.’s products and services, including garments, tailoring services, embroidery, and graphic design.
- Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, such as suppliers, distributors, and training institutions, to expand market reach.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Sales Reporting and Targets:
- Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for potential customers.




- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the production, design, and marketing teams to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Provide feedback to the design and production teams regarding customer preferences and market demands.
- Collaborate with the training department to promote our courses and attract potential learners.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the garment and apparel industry.
- Analyze competitors’ strategies and positioning to ensure NASUAK Garments Ltd. remains competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion, garment manufacturing, or service industry.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales, with an ability to handle both corporate clients and individual customers.
- Familiarity with the local market and international trends in the garment and fashion industry is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A passion for fashion, garment production, and customer service.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Familiarity with the garment manufacturing process and the ability to explain technical aspects to customers.
- Basic knowledge of embroidery, T-shirt printing, and graphic design would be advantageous.
