  1. Go to the homepage of NASUAK Garments Ltd at nasuak.com.
  2. Click on the “Sign Up” button located in the top right corner.
  3. Fill in the required details (Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Password).
  4. Click “Submit” to create your account.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your account. You can then log in and start shopping or accessing our services.

  1. Placing an Order

To place an order for products, services or skilling services on NASUAK.com, follow these steps:

  1. Browse the Products and Services:
    • Navigate through the various categories such as uniforms, suits, African wear, corporate wear, sweaters, kids wear, protective wear, bags, etc.
    • For services like tailoring, T-shirt printing, embroidery, etc., visit the “Services” section.
  2. Select Your Desired Product/Service:
    • Choose the item or service you want and click on it to view more details.
    • For products, select size, color, and quantity (if applicable).
    • For services, follow the instructions on how to proceed with booking or ordering.
  3. Add to Cart:
    • Click on “Add to Cart” after selecting the product or service.
    • You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the cart icon at the top right corner.
  4. Proceed to Checkout:
    • Once you are satisfied with your selections, click on the “Checkout” button.
    • Enter your shipping details, payment information, and confirm your order.

    • After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with a unique order number.

  • Local Delivery: We deliver to all regions within Uganda. Standard delivery times range from 1-3 business days depending on your location and quantity of the products.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping options. Delivery times and costs depend on your country of residence.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the order.
  • For local deliveries within Uganda, there may be a nominal fee.

    • Products must be returned within 3-5 days of receipt in Uganda. This varies with countries beyond Uganda
    • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and packaging intact).
    • Customized products (e.g., embroidered items, printed T-shirts, made-to-measure clothing) cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • How to Return or Exchange:

  2. Select the order you want to return or exchange.
  3. Click on “Request a Return/Exchange” and follow the instructions.
  4. We will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
